The International Property Maintenance Code, as adopted in Section 1460.01, is hereby amended as follows:
Section-101.1 Title: Insert: City of Mentor-on-the-Lake.
Section-103.5 Fees: The fees for activities and services performed by the department in carrying out its responsibilities under this code shall be as indicated in the Codified Ordinances of the City of Mentor-on-the-Lake.
Section-106.4 Violation penalties: This section shall be deleted in its entirety. See Section 1460.99 of the Codified Ordinances.
