1424.04 CONFLICT OF LAWS.

In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the Regional Dwelling House Code, as adopted in Section 1424.01, and any provision of this Part Fourteen - the Building and Housing Code, or any other provision of these Codified Ordinances, or any other local ordinance, or any State statute, the stricter standard shall prevail.
