(a) By a resident or employee of the City or a nonprofit group whose membership includes Mentor-on-the-Lake residents, the sum of fifteen dollars ($15.00) per hour or sixty dollars ($60.00) for five hours for residents. If additional time is required there will be an additional fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per hour for each additional hour over the five hours reserved.
(b) By a non-resident of the City the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour or one hundred dollars ($100.00) for five hours. If additional time is required there will be an additional fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour for each hour over five hours.
(c) By a for-profit corporation or for non-profit corporations that are not a 501(c)(3) organization and that do not include a Mentor-on-the-Lake resident as part of their membership, the sum of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour or one hundred dollars ($100.00) for five hours. If additional time is required there will be an additional fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour for each hour over five hours.
(d) By a 501(c)(3) non-prof it corporation that does not include a member who is a City resident, the sum of twelve dollars and fifty cents ($12.50) per hour or fifty dollars ($50.00) for five hours. If additional time is required there will be an additional fee of ten dollars ($10.00) per hour for each hour over five hours.
(e) All persons and/or entities that use the community room shall pay for the use of the community room according to the fee structure set forth above. No person and/or entity that uses the community room shall be allowed to use the community room free of charge.
