248.02 OBJECTIVE.

The objective of this chapter is to reaffirm a policy of affirmative action in the employment, transfer and promotion of minority and of female candidates, so as to meet both the obligations of the laws pertaining thereto, as well as to meet the City's obligation and desire to be a good citizen.
