(a) There is hereby established a "Law Enforcement and Education Fund," to be funded pursuant to Section 4511.99(A) of the Ohio Revised Code, which shall be appropriated as provided by law.
(b) Expenditures from the Law Enforcement and Education Fund shall be for costs the City incurs in enforcing Ohio R.C.4511.19 and Section 434.01 of these Codified Ordinances and in educating the public about the dangers of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol and about laws relating thereto.
(c) ,All funds received from Mentor Municipal Court from September, 1990, to the passage date of this section shall be transferred from the General Fund to the Law Enforcement and Education Fund.
