(a) The Administrative Director is hereby authorized to request, negotiate or otherwise obtain quotations for the insurance needs of the City as the present policies come up for renewal.
(b) The Administrative Director shall obtain such quotations from each company within his knowledge which might reasonably be expected to provide a competitive quotation.
(c) Upon obtaining all such quotations, the Administrative Director shall analyze the quotations received and provide a recommendation to the Mayor and to Council.
