   222.04   WAGE COORDINATOR.
   (a)   The Administrative Director is hereby designated as the Wage Coordinator and shall perform those duties set forth in Ohio R.C.4115.071.
   (b)   The Wage Coordinator shall have those powers and functions and perform those duties provided by the general laws of the State.
