5-2-4: VIOLATIONS; PENALTY:

A. Violation of any section of this chapter shall be deemed a misdemeanor, punishable as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. (Ord. 71, 6-16-1977; amd. 2008 Code)

B. Violation of terms and conditions of a license for sale, distribution or display shall be deemed a violation of this chapter. (Ord. 71, 6-16-1977)
