4-1-3: NUISANCES PROHIBITED; CITY JURISDICTION:

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit a nuisance to exist, on or about any real property within the city and extending three (3) miles beyond the city limits, in which he has an interest by virtue of his ownership, rental, lease or occupation of such real property. (Ord. 122, 8-26-1987)
