1-6-6: CARE OF FUNDS AND RECORDS:

A. Funds: The city council shall make provision for the care and safekeeping of all public funds of the city and for the deposit of the same. (Ord. 47, 8-28-1967)

B. Records: The city council shall make provisions for an adequate record system, and by resolution establish a classification for retention of records in accordance with the provisions of title 50, Idaho Code. (Ord. 228, 12-8-2008)
