A. Payment of Towing and Storage Fee: Prior to the release of the vehicle or trailer, the owner shall also be responsible for the towing fee and associated storage costs incurred by the towing company. The towing fee and storage costs shall be paid directly to the towing company.
B. Proof of Ownership: The owner must also present proof of ownership of the vehicle or trailer, by way of photo identification consistent with the name on the vehicle or trailer registration, prior to the release of the vehicle or trailer to the owner. (Ord. 2022-10-7, 10-10-2022)
