A. Regular Meetings: The council shall hold regular meetings each month. Such meetings shall be held in the city hall and shall commence at seven o'clock (7:00) P.M. on the second Monday of each month. If, in any month, the regular meeting day shall be a holiday, the meeting may either be postponed for one day (second Tuesday) or for one week (third Monday) and shall be held at the regular hour. Any decision as to which of these options is chosen shall be at the discretion of the mayor. (Ord. 192, 11-13-2001)
B. Special Meetings: The mayor or one-half (1/2) plus one of the membership of the council may call special meetings. The object and disposition of such meetings shall be entered into the minutes. (Ord. 192, 11-13-2001; amd. 2008 Code)
