As soon as convenient after the appointment and approval of the Archive Commission, the Commission shall organize under its chairperson, who shall be chosen from the Commission, and shall elect one of its members as recording secretary. The Commission shall adopt its own rules of procedure, subject to this Code. The Commission shall hold a regular meeting no less than quarterly, and such additional meetings as deemed necessary or as requested by Council.
