140.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP.

There is hereby established a Strategic Plan Advisory Committee. The Committee shall be composed of the two (2) members of Council appointed by the President of Council, two (2) members of the Administration appointed by the Mayor, and five (5) residents appointed by Council consisting as follows: one (1) representative from each ward and one (1) at-large representative.
