1105.116 OVERLAY DISTRICT.

"Overlay District" means a district established by ordinance to prescribe special regulations to be applied to a site in combination with the underlying zoning district regulations. See also "District". (Ord. 109-14. Passed 6-23-14; Ord. 198-23. Passed 11-27-23.)
