1105.06 ASSISTED LIVING FACILITY.

"Assisted living facility" means a residential care facility licensed by the State of Ohio, other than a licensed nursing home, that provides personal care for persons with impairments in performance of activities of daily living that has the staff capacity to meet unscheduled needs for assistance.
