301.201 MUNICIPAL OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITY.

“Municipal off-street parking facility” means any site or structure not located within a right of way that is owned, operated or controlled by the City of Medina which is primarily utilized for the parking of vehicles. (Ord. 24-23. Passed 2-13-23.)
