909.17 RESTRICTED AREA.

A Facilities Operator shall not install, nor permit others to install, Facilities in the area designated "restricted area" in Exhibit A, attached to Ordinance No.111-18 of the Council and incorporated herein, a copy of which shall be on file in the Office of the City Engineer.
