162.011 HOME RULE POWERS.

The passage of this Ordinance does not waive any rights of the Municipality, including but not limited to, the Municipality reserving the right under its home rule powers to challenge Ohio House Bill 49, including the amendments to Chapter 718 of the Revised Code.
