In addition to the requirements of Ohio Administrative Code 1501:9-1-04 (spacing of wells), the following shall apply:
(a) Not less than 200 feet from any building designed for human occupancy or building which may be used for the public to assemble or congregate.
(b) Not less than 150 feet from the right of way of any road, highway, street or alley and not nearer than fifty feet to a railroad track.
(c) Location of sludge pits, dikes, spill areas, surface water, water courses.
