In addition the Planning Commission may also impose such additional conditions and safeguards necessary for the general welfare, for the protection of individual property rights, and for insuring that the intent and objectives of this chapter will be observed.
(b) The application shall include the following:
(1) A copy of the application to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. The State permit, when issued, shall become part of the application.
(2) Location of wells, storage tanks, access roads, property lines and lot numbers, buildings on the drilling site and on parcels adjacent to the drilling site, and boundaries of the drilling site.
(3) Location of sludge pits, dikes, spill areas, surface water, water courses. (Ord. 94-83. Passed 7-11-83.)
