That certain document, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Chief Building Official of the City of Medina, being marked and designated as “International Energy Conservation Code 2003 Edition” as published by the International Code Council, is hereby adopted as the International Energy Conservation Code of the City of Medina, for the control of buildings and structures governed by Residential Code of Ohio for One-, Two- and Three- Family Dwellings, Chapter 1331 as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said Energy Conservation Code are hereby referred to, adopted and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter.
