1335.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of the Ohio Building Code and related codes shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or shall be imprisoned for not more than three months, or both. Each day or partial day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
