That certain documents, three copies of which are on file in the office of the Chief Building Official of the City, being marked and designated as “2023 NFPA - National Electrical Code” as published by The National Fire Protection Association, be and is hereby adopted as the Electrical Code of the City of Medina, for the control of buildings specified in Ohio R.C. 3781.06 as herein provided; and each and all of the regulations, provisions, penalties, conditions and terms of said National Electrical Code are hereby referred to, adopted, and made a part hereof, as if fully set out in this chapter.
