1331.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of the Residential Code for One-, Two- and Three- Family Dwellings for the City of Medina shall be fined not more than one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or shall be imprisoned for not more than three months, or both. Each day or partial day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
