1305.08 BUILDING PERMIT RECORDS.
   The Chief Building Official shall keep suitable records on file in his office and the records shall include the location and character of every building, structure or other work for which a permit or certificate is issued or refused, and a copy of every report of inspection of the building or structure, so arranged that the full history of the various inspections of each building or structure shall appear therein in consecutive order, and the date upon which the inspection was made. All original notes of records made shall be signed by the Inspector or his deputy and properly filed for permanent record.
