1305.03 CONFLICT OF OCCUPATIONAL INTERESTS.

Neither the Chief Building Official nor his deputies shall, during the term of City employment, be engaged, directly or indirectly, in any building business, or enter into any contract for building for others or for furnishing materials, plans or specifications for others within the City. (Ord. 68-58. Passed 5-4-59.)
