"Garage, private" means any building, structure or part thereof, not more than 1,000 square feet in area, which is used, erected, intended or designed to be used for the storage of not more than three automobiles, or not more than one truck of half ton or less capacity, and such building, structure, or part thereof, shall be defined as a private garage until its use has been changed to a different use.
