(a) "Chief Building Official" means the official charged with the administration of the Department of Building Regulations and enforcement of the Building Code.
(b) “Assistant Building Official” means a certified official charged with the responsibilities as outlined in the O.B.C. Section 103.2.2.6 as the qualified back-up for the Chief Building Official and the Building Inspector Deputy. (Amended March 21, 2001)
(c) "Building Inspector Deputy" means any deputy inspector under the direct supervision of the Chief Building Official including, but not limited to, building, electrical, heating ventilation and air-conditioning.
