1303.08 ARCHITECT.

"Architect" means a person who designs and supervises construction of buildings and structures, who has a degree in architecture and holds a certificate under Ohio R.C. 4703.06 and is registered pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4703.01 to 4703.19.
