1301.02 ZONING NOT MODIFIED.

This Building Code shall not modify the restrictions of the Zoning Ordinance or any other ordinance or law relating to the use of land, or health and welfare requirements. Zoning restrictions, or other laws and restrictions shall control, except where this Building Code, pertaining to the structural, fire, sanitation and safety requirements is more restrictive, in which case the provisions of this Building Code shall control.
