(a) In addition to any other fees required under the City's Zoning Code and Building Code, the Planning Director shall collect fees as set forth in Section 1109.03 of the Medina City Code.
(b) The applicant for a Wireless Telecommunication Tower and/or Antenna Facility shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by the City for any technical and/or engineering services deemed necessary by the Planning Commission or the Board of Zoning Appeals to perform any reviews required by the Codified Ordinances which are not covered by the fees set forth in Section 1109.03
of the Medina City Code.
