923.11 IMPOSITION OF FEE IN COOPERATIVE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AREAS.

The stormwater utility fee provided herein shall not be levied upon any resident within any Cooperative Economic Development Area (CEDA) created under Ohio R.C. 701.07 until such time as set forth in the agreement creating the CEDA in which the resident is domiciled.
