923.09 APPEAL.

Any person disagreeing with the calculation of the Stormwater Drainage Fee, as provided in this chapter, may appeal such determination to the Utility Rate Review Commission in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the Stormwater Management Utility Policy and Procedures Manual. The decision of the Utility Rate Review Commission shall be final. (Ord. 11-03. Passed 2-24-03.)
