919.07 FIRE SERVICE LINES.

All hydrants on unmetered fire service lines shall be equipped with a seal as approved by the Service Director. In the event the seal is damaged or removed, the property owner shall be billed a fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per occurrence for the replacement of the seal.
