915.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No house, commercial or industrial sewer or drain shall be constructed to connect with a public storm sewer nor shall any connection be made to a public storm sewer within the City until the written permission of the Director of Public Service has been obtained by the person, firm or corporation proposing to or employed to perform the work.
