The classification of streets, and sections of streets, that is shown on the map of the City, which is incorporated herein by reference is approved and authorized as part of this section and shall be made available to all persons concerned for the planning of existing dedicated street paving and of new subdivision street paving. No street in any new subdivision shall be classified lower than Type A, Class II for paving purposes.
