All curb cuts and street openings made by contractors, subcontractors or employees of same shall perform such work according to the following specifications:
(a) All curb cuts shall be made with a horizontal saw.
(b) Curb cuts shall be performed pursuant to the engineer's design. A copy of same is marked Exhibit A, attached to original Ordinance 175-93 and incorporated therein.
(c) All street openings shall be cut using a diamond saw blade and vertical sawing machine.
(d) City employees or personnel shall not perform curb cuts or street openings for any person, firm or corporation. Curb cuts and/or street openings by City personnel are limited to City functions only.
