Every solicitor or peddler, at all times while engaged in peddling or soliciting, shall wear and display the permit issued to him under the provisions of Section 707.07 and when so peddling or soliciting shall display the same upon demand of any police officer of the City and upon demand of any person to whom he is peddling or soliciting.
