(a) The sale of personal property to the general public, which sale is not part of a regular business or occupation, within the City, including, but without limitation, garage sales, patio sales, yard sales, carport sales, basement sales, porch sales and driveway sales shall not continue for more than three days in any three-month period during each calendar year.
(b) The provisions of this section shall be enforced by the Building Department. (Ord. 36-76. Passed 4-12-76.)
