509.032 CONSTRUCTION NOISE.

(a) No person shall create any noise or other nuisance by operating or permitting the operation of any tools or equipment used in construction, drilling or demolition work affecting any residence between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
