(a) No person shall ride or operate a bicycle, skateboard, moped, motorized vehicle, motorcycle or any other toy vehicle upon any public sidewalk within a one block radius of the Medina City Square. (Ord. 53-87. Passed 6-8-87.)
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
