(a) No person shall park any vehicle upon any street, roadway or alley, the travelled portion of which is less than twenty-four feet in width.
(b) No person shall park any vehicle, except upon one side, upon any street, roadway or alley, the travelled portion of which is not more than thirty-six feet in width and not less than twenty-four feet in width.
(c) No person shall park any vehicle upon any street, roadway or alley between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. except under the provisions of Section 339.14.
(d) The Director of Public Service is authorized to survey and classify the streets, roadways and alleys of the Municipality and also post appropriate signs indicating the parking which is permitted thereon.
