341.05 CONDITIONS FOR DRIVING A COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE.
   Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a person may drive a commercial motor vehicle if all of the following conditions are met:
   (a)   He has a valid commercial drive’s license or commercial driver’s license temporary instruction permit issued by any state in accordance with the minimum standards adopted by the Federal Highway Administration under the “Commercial Motor Vehicle Safety Act of 1986", 100 Stat. 3207-171, 49 U.S.C. App.2701, for the issuance of commercial driver’s licenses;
   (b)   His commercial driver’s license or permit is not suspended, revoked or canceled;
   (c)   He is not disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle;
   (d)   He is not subject to an out-of-service order.
