The Commission shall choose a secretary who shall serve at its pleasure. The secretary shall be responsible for maintaining the official Journal, keeping an accurate record of the proceedings, and shall perform such other duties as the Commission may assign. The secretary shall receive a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per meeting attended.
