§ 5.1.99 PENALTY.
   Any owner or occupant of any building who shall fail to comply with the provisions of § 5.1.02 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $25 plus the costs of the action. Each day the violation continues to exist shall constitute a separate offense.
