The City hereby adopts Wisconsin Statutes § 196.171 relating to entry of buildings by any officer or agent of any public utility furnishing or transmitting water, gas or electric current to the public, including the penalty to be imposed upon any person who directly or indirectly prevents or hinders such lawful entry.
