1-9-8: JUDICIAL CONFLICT OF INTEREST:
If the position the person is seeking to serve, or serving in, makes determinations as to hiring for the prosecutor or municipal Judge, the Judge shall provide for a non-conflicted Judge and Prosecutor and the Council shall provide for payment at the consistent rate of pay for the positions.
