Any person entering a plea of guilty or nolo contendere to the crime of misdemeanor possession of marijuana shall be required to pay a five dollar ($5.00) fee, which is in addition to any fines and penalties otherwise provided for by law for such offense. The Court Clerk shall remit the monies in the fund on a monthly basis to the Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs Control. (Ord. 2009-06, 5-28-2009)
