12-2-14: LOTS:
   A.   Specifications Appropriate For Location: The lot size, width, depth, shape, orientation, and minimum building setback lines shall be appropriate for the location of the subdivision and the type of development and use contemplated. Lot depth shall not exceed twenty five (25) times the lot frontage.
   B.   Dimensions Per Zoning Regulations: Lot dimensions shall conform to the existing zoning regulations.
   C.   Access And Frontage: Each lot shall have access and front upon a public street.
   D.   Double Frontage And Reverse Frontage: Double frontage and reverse frontage lots should be avoided, except where their use will produce definite advantages in meeting special situations in relation to topography and proper land use.
   E.   Side Lot Lines: Side lot lines shall be substantially at right angles or radial to street lines. (1987 Code § 12-423)
